Remember what I said here about the purpose of these resources. These are here so you have tools at your disposal to pre-study (or side-study) property law. These are NOT replacements for doing your own outlines.

- Note: This outline was made for NYU Prof David Richards’s 1L Criminal Law course, Fall 2000. I got an A in the course and was eventually his teaching assistant.
- Warning: This is not the ideal outline. I don’t love it. It is not necessarily complete, and it is not necessarily right. But it was good enough to get the A.
- Go ahead and save this, do what you want with it.
